Our 2009 class schedule is now available, but before you take a look at the class descriptions, let me first and foremost thank you for your continuing interest and support of Peaceful Meadow Retreat. We are located on the outskirts of Boulder, Colorado, nestled in natural surroundings. This enchanting place is known for its personal warmth, spiritual gentleness, and homelike appeal. Special thanks go to Mali Magdub for her creative and talented decorating skills. We can hardly believe the many wonderful and beautiful changes she has made to the Retreat within the last year.. Lemon & Ginger Tea
- 1-2 inch piece of ginger root (sliced)
- Boil for 30 minutes in 3-4 cups of water
- Add 1 freshly squeezed lemon

Peaceful Meadow Retreat News & Events From Gisela Kroeger Hoffman
This New Year we are introducing and delivering two new empowering programs designed to support you with the rising energies of love, change and balance which are affecting the whole planet and mankind.
New Life Circle – This is a semi-monthly support group which meets twice a month (2nd and 4th Wed. evenings at 6:30pm) with emphasis on helping each other make physical and emotional adjustments with activities such as body-cleansing regimens, studying readings from Eckhart Tolle’s book, “The New Earth”, engaging in open discussions on Abraham-Hicks and other spiritual publications, discovering the many uses of essential oils, creating life changing affirmations, and practicing spiritual exercises. To aid us, we use uplifting CDs, tapes, and DVDs from various sources. This group is all about encouraging each other to heal our bodies and our minds in order to help make the earth’s energy shifts easier.
Mini-Classes (Fri or Sat) – We are holding informative, day-long classes focused on assisting you in keeping your body naturally healthy through cooking tasty, organic foods, learning how easy it is to make cultured vegetables, and offering extended Hanna classes. Click here to see class list.
Special Event Workshop
We are honored and privileged to announce the return of Don Campbell (author of The Mozart Effect>) to give a workshop on healing through toning. Don Campbell is a world-renowned musician and expert in healing the body through sound. Don will grace us with his presence at the 10:00am Sunday Service. Please bring a dish to share and join us for a potluck luncheon. The workshop will start promptly at 1:00pm. This is a one-of-a-kind event you and your friends and family won’t want to miss! A minimum donation of $10 is requested.

Gisela Kroeger Hoffman, daughter of legendary master herbalist and dowser Hanna Kroeger, will be teaching in Emmett, Idaho in April. The Nemenhah Band and Native American Traditional Organization have opened their door to those interested in becoming a Medicine Man or Medicine Woman under the Oklevueha Native American Church of Sanpete. Peaceful Meadow Retreat is proudly participating in this sacred fellowship.
